What the tracker does
The tracker has seven pages. Here’s what each one does, starting with the pages parents use most.
For parents, at a glance
- See the day hifz will be complete, in sha Allah.
- Know each day whether your child is ahead, behind or on track.
- Get the weekly report on WhatsApp, or a one-page PDF.
- See the date each para will be finished.
Overview
See the day hifz will be complete, in sha Allah.
- The finish date, and how far away it is.
- Pick a “finish by” date to see the lines a day it needs. One tap applies it, and you’re warned if the date can’t be reached.
- The days of sabak left before the end of the school year.
What’s in the breakdown
The Overview shows how the finish date is made up:
- Sabak days and lighter sabak days
- Para dhor days
- Exam revision days and weekly revision days
- Event days, days off and holidays
- Total days and lines still to learn
- Average paras a month
Daily record
Know each day if your child is ahead, behind or on track.
- Log the lines learned each day and see the status update straight away.
- Copy the weekly report, or share it to WhatsApp.
Optional detail
For Sabak, Sabak Para and Dhor you can add a grade, mistakes, comments and reasons, and mark “Needs more revision”.
Dhor can cover several paras. For each one, choose the amount (full, half, quarter or three quarters) and which quarters.
Para dates
See when each para will be finished.
- An exact finish date for every para, allowing for holidays, revision days and dhor blocks.
- A “what if” table: try different lines a day and see the finish date each one gives.

Reports
A report for parents, ready to send.
- A full PDF report, or a short one-page report for parents.
- Share it through WhatsApp or email, or save it on the phone.
Plan settings
Set the plan once, to match how your child learns.
- Lines per day and the start date.
- Tap the paras already memorised, or mark a range. For a part-done para, enter how many pages are finished.
- Learn from Para 1 up, or from Para 30 down.
More plan settings
- Different lines per day for different paras.
- A weekly routine: each day is Sabak, Revision or Off. A Sabak day can be lighter, for example 50%.
- Dhor blocks after every so many paras.
- Your own list of grades.
- Quran size: 13-line, 848 pages by default.
Holidays
Add the school calendar without typing every date.
- Read the calendar from a PDF, .ics or text file, or paste the dates from a letter or message.
- Exams, events and lighter sabak days (such as “5 lines”) are picked up for you. You check them before anything is added.
Adding holidays by hand
- Add a day as School closed, Exam revision or Event day.
- Give it a lighter sabak if you like, for example 15 lines in Ramadan.
- Edit, hide or remove any holiday.
- A photo of a calendar can be read only when the app is opened inside Claude.
Back up
Keep a copy, and move to a new phone.
- Export every student to one file, or copy the data.
- When you import, you see what’s in the file first.
- Then choose: replace this phone’s data (a copy of the old data is kept), or add the students as extra.

Across the app
One tracker for a whole class.
- Many students, each on their own tab with their own sabak, start date, memorised paras, target and record.
- A new student copies the calendar and weekly routine of the student you have selected.
- A finish-date bar, for example “Yusuf completes hifz on 6 Jan 2031”.
- Summary only, Show all and Hide all fold the sections open or closed.
